TrademarkChecker.ai is an information service. We organize and present public records published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. We are not a law firm, we do not practice law, and nothing on this site or in our reports is legal advice.

We work hard to keep the data current and accurate, and we stamp every report with its retrieval date. The authoritative source is always the USPTO itself. If our record and theirs ever disagree, theirs wins.

Reports are one-time purchases delivered by email and on screen. Monitoring renews monthly until you cancel, which you can do any time from any alert email. Refunds within 7 days if a report didn't deliver what the order page promised.

Don't scrape the site, resell the reports as your own, or use the service to harass trademark owners. That's about it.
